Kiki de Montparnasse stands as a revered luxury fashion and lifestyle brand, dedicated to the celebration of intimacy while fostering confidence, independence, and imagination. With a focus on empowering female sensuality, the brand serves as a catalyst for self-assurance and encourages exploration in the realm of sexual adventure through opulent means of expression.
In addition to capturing the essence of the brand through photography, I had the privilege of delving into its new repositioning, a collaborative effort between Youville and Dare to be made. Leveraging my expertise as a director, photographer, and editor, I played a pivotal role in shaping and realizing the brand’s fresh vision.
Taking the photos for the brand was a huge personal challenge.
The world has evolved, society’s relationship with sex has evolved and women’s sensuality and sexuality has evolved with it. And yet, the industry that should be supporting and encouraging women, has not kept up with the change.
All the women should have the confidence and liberty to explore, express and enjoy their sensuality freely. The photographic approach is highlighting, using in a very particular aesthetic, a vision of a world where people’s differing preferences and persuasions are not only accepted, but celebrated.
